I see you baked some darker parts of her clothes into her texture- looks great. You might want to try doing the same to parts of her hair. Any polygons meant to be on the underside/inside of her hair could be darkened, and it’d define the edges much more clearly.

About the color palette – I feel like the only problem with it right now is that the reddish colors are a bit too similar. The hair, shorts, and shoes are all in the same hue range and have similar brightness, so they end up looking a little muddied compared to how bright the other colors are. You might want to try making those colors a little more different from each other.
I’m super excited for your project. I love the character, and I can’t wait to see her animated. The most important thing is to remain consistent with the style that you’ve established with this character. Everything needs to be super colorful and clamorous, but not ugly. Make sure to mix your hots and colds for extra contrast.
