Nature 1 – Olber’s Paradox

Olber’s Paradox is an argument that contradicts the existence of an infinite static universe. If it is assumed that there are an infinite number of stars, then the night sky should be bright. The sketch starts with the Big Bang, and then proceedss to expands until it reaches a static state.

  1. I think my favorite part of this sketch is actually the first few seconds of it, where the dark part blows up and the entire canvas goes from light to dark. It does remind me of the big bang and the inversion of colors is really interesting, especially as the sketch continues to run and it starts getting light and lighter again.

  2. I really like this sketch, though there is one thing I noticed. Before the big bang there are some dots appearing on the screen. I’m not sure if this was intentional or not, but it appears kinda odd.
